EPIC SWIMMING AQUATIC

FEEL THE ENERGY. MOVE WITH THE WATER.

Aqua fitness and water aerobics classes across the UAE — low-impact aquatic exercise, water resistance training, cardio sessions and full-body conditioning that feels good from the very first minute.

Aqua Fitness & Water Aerobics

Training that feels like play, and works like training.

The water changes everything. It supports the body, reduces the impact of movement and adds natural resistance, so an aqua session can feel gentle while still being genuinely demanding.

Our aqua fitness and water aerobics offering is structured like any serious training program: a warm-up, a main block with defined focus, and a cool-down. The difference is that the "equipment" is the water itself — and the group energy is genuinely good.

  • Sessions adapted to the group's ability and the day's focus
  • Options to work at a lower or higher intensity within the same class
  • Beginner-friendly sessions available alongside stronger workouts
  • Instructor-led throughout, with clear demonstration and pacing

What's In The Program

Ten ways to work out in the water.

Each format has a clear purpose, so you always know what you are getting out of the session you booked.

Aqua Fitness Classes

Our signature group format — a full-body aqua workout combining cardio blocks, resistance work, core stability and mobility, all led by an instructor from the poolside with a structured session plan.

Water Aerobics Classes

The classic water aerobics session — rhythmic, repetitive movement patterns that build cardiovascular fitness steadily while the water supports the joints and keeps the impact low.

Low-Impact Aquatic Exercise

Gentle aquatic movement designed for participants who want movement without impact — mobility work, stretching in water, and supported conditioning that still builds usable strength and stamina.

Water Resistance Workouts

Water provides constant, natural resistance. We use it deliberately — pushing, pulling, kicking against the water's drag to build functional strength and muscular endurance without heavy loads.

Cardio-Based Aqua Sessions

Heart-rate-focused aquatic intervals that combine swimming, jogging, marching and cross-country style movement. High energy, tightly timed and easy to scale to your own level.

Aquatic Flexibility Work

Stretching and mobility performed in water, where buoyancy allows a wider range of movement and resistance helps the muscles hold a position with less effort.

Full-Body Water Workouts

Sequenced sessions that move through upper body, core and lower body in one circuit, so every session trains the whole system rather than isolating a single area.

  • Increased movement confidence
  • Flexible exercise intensity
  • Enjoyable group exercise
  • Low-impact movement options
  • Consistent training in a social setting

These are general fitness aims, not medical outcomes or guarantees. Aqua fitness is a form of exercise and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before starting a new exercise programme.

Questions

Before you step into the water.

No. Aqua fitness sessions are designed for mixed ability, and many movements are performed in shallow water where you can stand comfortably. Tell us about your swimming ability when you enquire and we will place you in the right session.
The water reduces the load on your joints while still allowing you to work, which is why aquatic exercise is often chosen as a low-impact option. Please speak to your doctor before starting if you have a medical condition, and let us know so we can keep the session appropriate for you.
Yes. We run beginner-friendly sessions specifically for participants who are new to the water or new to group exercise, with simple movements, clear instruction and no performance pressure.
Absolutely. Many participants use aqua fitness for conditioning and swimming lessons for technique. We can arrange the two so they complement each other rather than compete for your recovery.
Swimwear, a towel, a water bottle and goggles if you prefer them. Equipment such as noodles, paddles and buoys is provided for the class, and we will confirm any specific items on your first visit.
Send us an enquiry through the contact page or on WhatsApp, telling us your experience level and any preferences. We will confirm the session format and schedule with you directly.
